Diagnostics cost 30 GEL. If you order the repair with us, diagnostics are completely free. We always inform you about the final price before starting any work.
How fast does a technician arrive?
In Tbilisi a technician arrives within 2–4 hours. For emergencies (cold rooms, production lines) — within 60 minutes. In the regions — within 24–48 hours.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a written warranty from 6 to 24 months on all work performed. The term depends on the type of work and the parts used. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user.

Can the repair be done on-site or does the equipment need to be taken away?
In most cases the repair can be done on-site. If laboratory-level repair is required (e.g. component-level repair of an electronic board), we take the equipment to our service center and return it within the agreed timeframe.
